Congratulations to Kerryn, Superfish Pacific Pines Centre Manager & Head Trainer/Assessor, awarded ASCTA AUSTRALIAN SWIMMING TEACHER OF THE YEAR!
Our SUPERFISH Team had a fantastic night at the ASCTA Convention 2018 Awards Dinner but it was our very own Kerryn Harber who WON Australian Swimming Teacher of the Year for 2017. So fantastic and well deserved!!! Congratulations Kerryn, we are so proud to have you on the team.
Kerryn is the Superfish Swim Schools Pacific Pines Centre Manager and Head Trainer/Assessor.
Kerryn’s passion for working with children began with a career as a Nanny on the Gold Coast whilst studying Childcare, this led her to gain experience working in the UK, as a childcare Group Leader for many years then working her way up to Centre Director before deciding on a career change and moving into the Learn to Swim industry.
"SUPERFISH ignited a passion for Learn to Swim, drowning prevention and advanced stroke correction techniques. I have been overwhelmed by the bonds and appreciation families have for their child’s swimming progression and the journey there is nothing more satisfying than watching children over the past years progress through our program from Learn to Swim and drowning prevention methods right through to our advanced Squad program. The relationships I have formed with these families and children will be forever one of the biggest accomplishments in my career. There isn’t a day at work where I don’t receive a heartfelt thank you from a customer for teaching their child a potentially life-saving skill."
