Our children have experienced 2020 as stressfully as their parents have!
Children thrive on consistency, routine and repetition, to support their developing muscle memory, with all the skills they are learning and developing.
It is vital that babies and children continue the life-saving skills learnt in swimming lessons. Especially, in preparation for the dreaded drowning season, when we see a ‘spike’ during summer, months of ‘Under 5’ drownings. We MUST ensure our toddlers and young children have developed the highest water safety skills possible. This is only going to be achieved, with regular skill-based swimming lessons, until independent skills are attained and accomplished.
This takes dedicated parents to achieve this for their child!
Older, school age children need sport, exercise and routine for optimum mental and physical health, which swimming and stroke correction lessons and squads can provide.
Swimming lessons are deemed ‘essential’, for our way of life as Queenslanders!
